The Opportunity: Build Something That Doesn't Exist Yet
We're not hiring a traditional BizDev person. We're hiring someone to pioneer AI-supervised business development.
The thesis: AI can now replace traditional BizDev teams, but not through "pay a subscription and it works." It requires someone who knows how to supervise AI—directing it with "do more of this, do less of that"—the same way Brokk enables developers to supervise AI coding agents.
The reality: This role doesn't exist in standard recruiting databases. You'll be defining it.

What You'll Do
Core Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise demos and conversions - Turn technical interest into qualified meetings (demos) with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Staff/Principal Engineers
- Own the download-to-trial pipeline - Get enterprises (500+ employee software companies, 5,000+ employee non-software companies) actually using Brokk
- Build AI-supervised outbound workflows - Design and execute LinkedIn prospecting, cold outreach, and follow-up using AI agents you supervise and direct
- Create the playbook - Document what works as you pioneer this new approach to BizDev while still using the traditional tenets of sales (eg. LinkedIn outreach)
Strategic Initiatives
- Partner with Marketing on enterprise penetration strategies
- Leverage thought leadership assets (Power Rankings, technical content, founder credibility) to open doors
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with systems integrators and cloud providers
- Support Brokk Academy launch (Q2 2026) as lead gen and enterprise training budget opportunity
Who You Are
Nice-To-Haves
- Senior BizDev experience - You've successfully run or managed a BizDev team (not just been an IC)
- Technical aptitude - You're "technical enough to be dangerous with Salesforce"—comfortable with systems, tools, and learning new technologies
- AI curiosity - You're genuinely excited about using AI to augment your work, not intimidated by it
- Enterprise sales background - You understand long sales cycles, technical buyers, and complex organizations
- Startup mentality - Comfortable with ambiguity, iteration, and building processes from scratch
Ideal Background
- Experience selling to technical audiences (developers, engineering leaders)
- Track record of building or optimizing sales processes and tools
- Comfortable in technical conversations without needing to be a developer
- Understanding of developer tools, infrastructure, or enterprise software markets
- Experience with sales technology stacks (CRM, prospecting tools, automation platforms)
