What You'll Do
- Design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP
- Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Build CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Monitor system health and implement alerting
- Optimize costs and resource utilization
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance
- Collaborate with engineering teams on infrastructure needs
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of AWS or GCP cloud platforms
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash)
- Understanding of networking, security, and compliance
Nice to Have
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems
- Knowledge of database administration and optimization
- Experience with service mesh (Istio, Linkerd)
- Background in security and compliance (SOC2, HIPAA)
- Experience with cost optimization and FinOps
- Knowledge of observability tools and practices
- Previous startup infrastructure experience
