What You'll Do
- Define and own the overall growth strategy and OKRs
- Build and lead a high-performing growth team

What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of growth, marketing, or product experience
- 3+ years in leadership roles managing growth teams
- Proven track record of scaling user growth at startups
- Deep expertise in growth frameworks and experimentation
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Experience with both B2C and B2B growth strategies
- Excellent leadership and team building skills
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
Nice to Have
- Experience scaling AI/ML or developer-focused products
- Background in product-led growth (PLG) companies
- Track record of 0-to-1 growth initiatives
- Experience with community-driven or viral growth
- Previous founder or early startup leadership experience
- Strong network in tech/AI ecosystem
- Experience raising growth capital or managing P&L
