What You'll Do
- Edit and produce high-quality video, from short social clips to longer brand pieces
- Design 2D motion graphics and animation that bring our ideas to life
- Shoot and edit camera footage, owning the full post-production pipeline
- Help define and evolve our visual brand language across video and motion
- Tell clear, compelling stories where less is more and every frame earns its place
- Partner with the founders and team to turn complex ideas into simple, beautiful visuals
- Keep a consistent look, feel, and tone across all creative output
What We're Looking For
- A strong portfolio or reel showcasing video editing and motion design
- Command of video and post-production tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut)
- Skill in 2D motion graphics and animation
- Comfort with camera work, from shooting through final edit
- Exceptional taste in craft, storytelling, and visual restraint
- A "less is more" sensibility, with an eye for simplicity and detail
- Ability to work independently and ship polished work on tight timelines
Nice to Have
- Experience defining or evolving a brand identity
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows
- Sound design or audio editing skills
- Illustration, 3D, or design system experience
- A track record creating content for startups or tech brands
- A point of view on how memory and AI should look and feel
