Frore Systems is looking for a Customer Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Engaging with customers to define HW/SW feasibility in target platforms using Frore reference design.

• Customizing and optimizing HW/SW implementation with Frore and customer product design teams.

• Providing technical (HW/SW) support during customer product life cycle.

• Coordinating implementation across multiple development sites.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications.

• BS/MS in Electrical/Computer Science Engineering (or related field)

• 5+ years in an engineering role (Software Engineering) and knowledge in HLOS (Linux, Android, iOS, Windows) with development experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work with stakeholders to define project scope.

• Experience in HW/SW deployment, System integration, production tool development or validation is a plus.

• Strong background in customer engagement, issue tracking and problem resolution.
