About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive new business acquisition across our Data/AI, cybersecurity, cloud, customer experiences (salesforce, snowflake), RedHat services portfolio. This is a hunter role—ideal for someone with a proven track record of identifying, developing, and closing complex enterprise deals. You will play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth by building strong executive relationships, shaping solutions with clients, and driving revenue across strategic accounts in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new enterprise sales opportunities, targeting CISOs, IT leaders, and business decision-makers.
  • Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve aggressive sales targets.
  • Understand client challenges and translate them into compelling value propositions leveraging Gruve’s Data/AI, cybersecurity, cloud, customer experiences (salesforce, snowflake), RedHat services.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers, delivery teams, and partners to shape tailored solutions for customers.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking.
  • Provide market feedback to internal teams to help refine go-to-market strategy and offerings.
  • Represent Gruve at industry events, conferences, and partner engagements.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in Data/AI, cybersecurity, cloud, customer experiences (salesforce, snowflake), SaaS, or IT Services.
  • Strong understanding of Data/AI, cybersecurity, cloud and/or customer experiences (salesforce, snowflake) technologies and frameworks.
  • Background in selling services-oriented platforms or IT architecture consulting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or MBA.
  • Experience selling Data/AI, cybersecurity, cloud, customer experiences (salesforce, snowflake), RedHat.
  • Experience in APAC markets and multi-national customer environments.
  • Track record of exceeding $1M+ annual quota in enterprise services.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
