Position summary:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack Software Engineer with strong experience in Golang, ReactJS, and modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building scalable web applications, optimizing performance, and working in agile development teams. This role offers the opportunity to lead initiatives that significantly impact user experience, security, and operational efficiency.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable web applications using Golang on the backend and ReactJS on the frontend.
- Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of applications, replacing legacy systems to improve performance, cost-efficiency, and security.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Drive code quality and maintainability by ensuring high unit test coverage, implementing SonarQube checks, and following clean code principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions and resolve production issues with minimal downtime.
- Migrate legacy codebases and systems to modern frameworks and tools (e.g., from Visual Basic to C#, Azure DevOps to GitHub Actions).
- Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning, story estimation, and retrospectives.
Basic Qualifications:
- Languages & Frameworks: Golang, ReactJS, Java, C#, .NET Core
- DevOps & Tools: GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, SonarQube
- Databases: MySQL, MSSQL
- Scripting: Linux Shell, PowerShell
- Version Control: Git, GitHub Enterprise
- Other: Agile (Scrum), CI/CD pipelines, Rally, TFS
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in the healthcare or insurance domain is a plus.
