Strategic Account Manager, Customer Experiences
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our Customer Experiences team. This role involves building excellent customer relationships, identifying strategic clients, developing compelling value propositions, and demonstrating a deep understanding of our services practices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of customer journey optimization, AI-driven sales strategies, and various methods to enhance customer experiences across multiple touchpoints. Prior experience in managing customer experience initiatives and driving revenue growth through data-driven insights is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Assess and Validate Customer Needs: Continuously assess, clarify, and validate customer requirements to tailor solutions that meet their specific goals.
- Implement Customized Solutions: Develop and implement customized solutions that address client challenges and opportunities, leveraging AI-driven insights and customer experience strategies.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high satisfaction ratings, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to revenue growth through strategic account management.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services, aligning with client needs.
- Track Performance Metrics: Monitor key account metrics and communicate progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Remain informed about new technologies and market conditions affecting the customer experience industry.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related area
- Prior experience in selling customer experiences solutions.
- Proven team-building and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous work experience related to snowflake, Microsoft dynamics or similar platforms
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
