- Work closely with engineering, cloud, security, and delivery teams to define features, build user and customer success stories, prioritize backlog, and guide product evolution across lifecycle phases
- Collaborate with sales, partners, delivery teams, and marketing to align product capabilities with customer needs, compliance requirements, and delivery capacity - especially in enterprise and hybrid-cloud environments
- Perform market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback loops to validate features and support strategic roadmap planning
- Define go-to-market positioning, pricing, packaging, and value messaging, and support presales during customer engagements
- Ensure deployment readiness, scalability, reliability, zero-trust enforcement, and multi-tenant SaaS architecture by working closely with delivery and operations teams
- Track product performance metrics (adoption trends, SLA compliance, security efficacy, incident volume) and apply insights to continuously improve the platform
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of product management experience in cloud, security, SaaS, networking, or SASE/SSE domains
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles, cloud-delivered security, network access models, and identity-based access
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, delivery, presales, and marketing teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convert technical information into business-focused narratives
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Secure Access, ZTNA, SASE/SSE, identity-driven security, or cloud networking
- Experience with SaaS platform scaling, multi-tenant architectures, and compliance frameworks (SOC2, FedRAMP, GDPR)
- Exposure to AI-enhanced security, behavioral analytics, or threat intelligence platforms
- Prior experience producing structured internal updates, product bulletins, or roadmap communications
