Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the AI/ML roadmap supporting strategic programs such as Copilot, Data Platform, and process automation.
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and predictive solutions in Azure/AWS environments.
- Establish MLOps practices for model lifecycle management and monitoring.
- Partner with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to translate use cases into AI solutions.
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Generative AI) to enhance productivity and insight generation.
- Mentor junior team members and promote a data-driven culture across functions.
Basic Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master's in one of: Computer Science or Related filed.
- 8+ years in AI/ML or Data Science, with proven experience delivering production models.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, SQL, and cloud ML platforms (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker).
- Deep understanding of data architecture, pipelines, and governance.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to engage technical and business audiences.
- Preferred: experience in life sciences, biotech, or healthcare analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading end-to-end AI/ML solution design, including model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Background in architecting scalable ML systems using MLOps frameworks and best practices.
- Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI techniques, and modern vector database/search technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional AI initiatives and influence strategic decision-making.
- Experience working in regulated or data-sensitive environments (e.g., life sciences, biotech, or healthcare analytics).
