About Gruve

Gruve is an innovative software services startup dedicated to transforming enterprises to AI powerhouses. We specialize in cybersecurity, customer experience, cloud infrastructure, and advanced technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs). Our mission is to assist our customers in their business strategies utilizing their data to make more intelligent decisions. As a well-funded early-stage startup, Gruve offers a dynamic environment with strong customer and partner networks.

About The Role

Gruve Korea is seeking a proactive B2B Marketing Associate to support our sales enablement and content localization efforts across both the Korean and Japanese markets. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between global vendors (Cisco, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto) and the Korean and Japanese market.

This role is part of the Sales & Marketing team and involves content localization (translation), market research, event support, and the creation of sales collateral. The Marketing Intern will translate technical concepts into business value, ensuring Gruve’s messaging resonates with enterprise audiences in both markets

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Marketing (B2B Blog & Social Media Management) Primary focus: Localizing high-quality vendor resources for the Korean market.

  • Tech Blog & Whitepaper Localization: Translate and summarize global blog posts from vendors (e.g., CrowdStrike, Cisco, Palo Alto) into Korean for the company blog (Naver Blog) and LinkedIn.
  • Website Building & Maintenance: Assist in building and updating company website pages or landing pages to ensure product information, partnerships, and event details are up-to-date.
  • Visual Content Creation: Design easy-to-understand social media slides (Card News) or infographics to explain complex security/AI terminology (e.g., "EDR vs. XDR in 3 minutes").
  • Customer Case Studies: Develop success stories into interview-style articles or text summaries suitable for inclusion in sales decks.

2. Sales Research & DB Management (Lead Generation Support) Support Account Executives (AE) by handling time-intensive research tasks.

  • Prospecting & List Building: Research and compile lists of potential clients in specific industries (e.g., Fintech, Mid-sized Manufacturing) including key decision-makers, revenue data, and current competitive solutions.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and clip weekly news regarding competitors' promotions, pricing policies, and media coverage in the domestic Security/AI market to share with the sales team.
  • CRM Data Management: Digitize business cards (using Remember app) and update missing customer information in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

3. Event & Webinar Operations Provide on-the-ground support for seminars and workshops typical in B2B business.

  • Registration Management: Manage invitation emails (EDM), track RSVPs, and send reminder messages to attendees.
  • On-site Support: Manage the registration desk, package and distribute swag/merchandise, and handle event photography.
  • Post-Event Follow-up: Collate satisfaction surveys and immediately identify "Hot Leads" (attendees who requested product inquiries) to the sales team.

4. Sales Collateral Design & Localization

  • Proposal & Deck Optimization: Adapt English PPT templates from vendors into Korean, refining the design (fonts, imagery) to match Gruve Korea’s tone and manner.
  • Newsletter Creation: Design and distribute monthly newsletters to existing customers, featuring the latest security trends and promotion updates.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional experiences in B2B marketing, preferably in an in-house role within a startup or tech-driven organization. (Agency experience acceptable if combined with hands-on execution exposure)
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Native Korean and Fluent English (Specifically strong in written English for translating technical documents).
  • Content Creation Tools: Proficiency in PowerPoint and design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on-site at our Seoul office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Major in Marketing, Business Administration, or English Literature.
  • Experience managing social media channels (Naver Blog, Instagram, LinkedIn) or writing public posts.
  • Basic understanding of, or interest in, the IT/Security industry (SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity).
  • Good command of Japanese

Why This Role Matters

In the B2B technology sector, "Trust" and "Expertise" are the products we sell. This role is essential because you are the voice that translates complex global technologies into accessible insights for Korean and Japanese customers.

By localizing whitepapers and managing our digital presence, you directly influence our brand reputation and help our Sales team open doors to new opportunities. This is a unique opportunity to learn high-level B2B marketing strategies and deep-dive into the cybersecurity industry.
