Position Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic Software Development Engineers in Test (SDET) who are passionate about software quality and automation. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply. The role involves designing test cases, identifying defects, developing automation tests, and working closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand product requirements and design/write effective test cases and test scenarios.
- Execute functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Demonstrate strong observation and analytical skills to identify edge cases and potential bugs.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for testing web applications, APIs, and system workflows.
- Contribute to automation framework development and test coverage improvement.
- Work closely with developers to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
- Validate APIs, web applications, and system functionality.
- Participate in improving testing processes, automation practices, and CI/CD integration.
Basic Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking.
- Attention to detail and quality mindset.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field.
- Strong interest in software testing, automation, and quality engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to test automation tools such as Selenium, Robot Framework, Cypress, Playwright, or Tosca.
- Basic understanding or exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Git or version control systems.
- Understanding of REST APIs and web applications.
- Exposure to Agile development practices.
- Academic, internship, or personal projects related to testing, automation, or scripting.
