Role and Responsibilities
The Key Account Executive is responsible for driving territory growth and achieving order volume targets across a defined Mid-Atlantic region for the Encompass test. This role requires disciplined territory ownership, strong clinical credibility, and established relationships with OB/GYN and Maternal-Fetal Medicine leaders.
The ideal candidate is a high-performing field sales professional who operates with urgency, independence, and strategic focus — capable of building sustained adoption of innovative diagnostic technology within complex clinical environments.
Areas of focus include:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory strategy to achieve and exceed order volume targets across key accounts.
- dentify, prioritize, and convert high-value practices within private and health system settings, building a durable pipeline and driving sustained growth.
- Establish and deepen relationships with regional Key Opinion Leaders, cultivating reference accounts that accelerate peer-to-peer and payer adoption.
- Translate clinical evidence into compelling value propositions and partner with physicians and office leadership to integrate the test into routine workflow.
- Maintain disciplined forecasting, CRM management, and territory coverage while operating with high autonomy and accountability.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- 8+ years of successful field sales experience in women’s health, diagnostics, genomics, or clinically complex medical solutions.
- Established relationships with OB/GYN and Maternal-Fetal Medicine providers within the Mid-Atlantic region.
- Demonstrated ability to build and expand a territory with measurable revenue or volume growth.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Experience working directly with clinical and administrative office staff to drive diagnostic workflow adoption.
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to translate scientific evidence into actionable clinical value.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to perform independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness and ability to work hands-on and with a sense of urgency, in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present to and engage with a wide range of audiences.
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of relevant regulations and a commitment to compliance
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Suite, Slack, and HubSpot.
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory, including maintaining a valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Prior experience launching innovative or disruptive medical technologies.
- Experience establishing regional KOL champions or reference sites.
- Experience navigating health system or enterprise-level accounts.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: Up to $250K total compensation (variable)
- Note: This salary range represents a good-faith estimate of the range for this position at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
