Job Description:At NeuBird, we’re building the future of real-time reactive IT operations with Generative AI. Our Agentic AI SRE detects, diagnoses, and resolves production incidents in real time.As a Solution Engineer, you’ll work at the intersection of product, engineering, and customers—building solutions, validating new features, stress-testing systems, and running customer POCs.What You’ll Do- Build and deliver solutions for internal use and customer POCs.- Test and validate new features, integrations, and solutions before release.- Run customer POCs and pilots; design test plans reflecting real-world scenarios.- Collaborate with backend, AI, and product teams to ensure end-to-end performance.- Create and maintain automation scripts and frameworks.- Provide feedback that shapes product direction and customer outcomes.What We’re Looking For- Experience in solution building, testing, and validation.- Familiarity with APIs, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).- Hands-on with automation and scripting (Python preferred).- Comfort working directly with customers on POCs and pilots.- Curiosity and adaptability where AI meets backend orchestration.To apply, email: careers@neubird.ai
