Company OverviewWe are a fast-growing startup in Observability and SRE, empowering teams with AI-driven insights.Job SummarySeeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue by selling our observability platform to commercial accounts (mid-market and SMB). Full-cycle inside sales from lead qualification to closing via phone, email, and virtual meetings.Key Responsibilities- Manage inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting.- Qualify prospects based on ICP fit and uncover pain points.- Deliver virtual product demos tailored to commercial needs.- Negotiate and close deals with shorter sales cycles.- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline in CRM.- Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and product.- Achieve quarterly quotas for revenue and customer acquisition.Required Qualifications- 2+ years inside sales/B2B SaaS sales, ideally in DevOps/monitoring.- Proven success closing commercial/mid-market deals.- Understanding of cloud, Kubernetes, and observability fundamentals.- Strong virtual communication skills.- Proficiency in sales tech stack and methodologies.- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.To apply, email: careers@neubird.ai
