About the Role
Qventus is looking for a dedicated Technical Project Manager to join our Client Engineering Services (CES) team. CES exists to scale and deliver our solutions efficiently to new and existing clients, while also ensuring fast resolution of ongoing technical requests. CES enables Qventus to consistently deliver products, configurations, and results that enhance the lives of patients, clinicians, and operational leaders across the country.
As a Technical Project Manager in CES, you will manage the execution of high-impact, cross-functional technical initiatives critical to client deployments, product readiness, and ongoing program success. You will work closely with the Director, Solution Delivery, the Engineering Lead, and Implementation Engineering, Data Engineering, Delivery, and other Engineering teams to ensure clarity, prioritization, and seamless coordination across technical workstreams.
You will play a key role in planning, organizing, and driving projects to completion—ensuring we meet timelines, maintain quality, reduce risks, and keep internal stakeholders aligned. You will also help lead and systematize our product functionality release workflow, ensuring that documentation, rollout strategy, and client prioritization are clear and consistent. This is a highly collaborative, detail-oriented role for someone who is passionate about operational excellence and enabling engineering + delivery teams to execute at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Coordination
- Drive planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, especially those related to new client deployments, migrations, technical configuration, and high-priority engineering workstreams.
- Lead day-to-day technical coordination across Implementation Engineering, Solutions Integration, and other Engineering and Delivery teams.
- Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource alignment, ensuring visibility and accountability.
Cross-Functional Communication
- Ensure clear and proactive communication of objectives, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines to internal technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide structured project updates, status reporting, and leadership-level summaries.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and operational project risks.
- Escalate blockers appropriately and drive cross-team resolution paths for project-critical issues.
Process & Systems Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline CES project workflows, technical handoffs, and cross-team coordination.
- Help standardize CES processes, training, and tools to improve execution efficiency and consistency across clients.
- Contribute to building out repeatable frameworks for deployments, configuration reviews, QA checks, and feature enablement.
- Coordination of the rollout of new or updated Qventus features to clients, including readiness assessment, client prioritization, and tracking progress to completion.
