We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our growing high-tech company.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a positive employee experience, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and taking ownership of office operations with a “can-do” attitude.

Requirements:

Responsibilities

  • Support daily office operations and help maintain a smooth and pleasant work environment
  • Order office supplies, groceries, snacks, and kitchen inventory
  • Coordinate deliveries, vendors, and service providers
  • Support employee welfare and office engagement activities
  • Assist with company events, team gatherings, and celebrations
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including office setup, equipment coordination, and administrative support
  • Handle general administrative and operational tasks as needed
  • Maintain office organization, meeting rooms, and shared spaces
  • Provide ongoing support to employees and respond to office-related requests in a timely and professional manner
  • High level of English – both written and verbal – is required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administration, office support, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • High level of responsibility and ownership
  • Service-oriented with a positive and approachable attitude
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Position Details

  • 50% position
  • Presence in the office on Thursdays is mandatory
  • 3–4 days per week in the office preferred, with flexibility
