The Role
We're looking for a highly organized, experienced HR Onboarding Specialist to be the face of Securiti.ai for our new hires. You'll play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and positive transition for all new employees, from the moment they accept their offer through their first few months with the company. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the onboarding process, including paperwork, technology setup, and introductions to company culture and key teams.
Responsibilities
Manage the full onboarding lifecycle: Coordinate and execute a smooth end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires, from offer acceptance to their first day and beyond.
Handle administrative tasks: Prepare and process all new-hire paperwork, including employment contracts, background checks, and benefit enrollment forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all legal and company standards.
Coordinate logistics: Act as the primary liaison between new hires and various internal departments like IT and Facilities to ensure laptops, software access, and workspaces are ready on day one.
Communicate effectively: Draft and send welcome emails, onboarding checklists, and other crucial communications to new hires, providing clear information on what to expect.
Support new hires: Be the go-to point of contact for new employees' questions and concerns, helping them navigate their initial weeks and feel a sense of belonging.
Develop and improve processes: Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline the onboarding process, leveraging feedback from new hires and managers. Stay up-to-date on onboarding best practices and industry trends.
Requirements
Proven experience: 4+ years of experience in an HR or administrative role, with a focus on employee onboarding or a similar function.
Must be located in India.
Exceptional communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Organizational skills: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Technical proficiency: Experience with Rippling and Doccusign are preferred. Proficiency with Google Suite is also essential.
Problem-solving: A proactive and resourceful approach to solving problems and addressing challenges as they arise.
Discretion: A high level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with data security and compliance concepts.
Experience with a global workforce and remote onboarding.
